My discount code won’t work
Please check that you have the correct items in your basket as specified in the offer and that the code is also still in date!
Can I have one order sent to two addresses?
Only one delivery address per order is possible
I’m not getting a password reset email
It may be that you ordered on a guest check out last time, in which case your email address won’t be recognised. Please try creating an account on the website
I’ve only received one of my parcels
DPD will occasionally split a delivery between different drivers, the remainder of your order will probably be with you before the end of the day
Can I view my order history?
If you have created an account on the website you can. Please log in to your account, go to My Orders in your Account Dashboard and you will be able to view your orders
I'm not from the UK can I still place an order?
Yes, we deliver to destinations across the world. You can get an estimate of your shipping costs by adding your products to the basket and then using the Estimate Shipping and Tax box underneath the Shopping Cart.
Can I use multiple vouchers against an order?
Only one voucher can be used against any transaction.
What is the average delivery time expected for my order?
We offer a Premium next working day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm (UK Mainland only), otherwise please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unwanted goods back to us within 14 days. However, in some cases you will be charged a handling fee. Please click here to find out about our returns policy.
I have been given a voucher code, how do I use it?
Enter your voucher code in the discount code box when in your basket
How can I track my order?
We use DPD to ship our products, and you will be advised by email when your order is dispatched. Using the tracking number click hereyou will be able to track your order. The tracking number is also shown if you log into your account.
How can I request an invoice?
Invoices are sent out with your order confirmation, but if you didn't receive one or need a copy, please log in to your account, go to My Orders in your Account Dashboard, click on the order that you require the invoice for and you will see an invoice tab at the top. Click on the tab and then you will see 'Print Invoice' on the right hand side of the page.
